Daniel M. Rudnick is a Partner of The Rudnick Immigration Group, having served as an Associate with the Firm and its predecessor beginning in 2005. Complex business, family-based, and litigation immigration matters all fall within the ambit of his practice.

Mr. Rudnick excels at crafting creative and comprehensive immigration solutions for businesses, nonprofits and individuals. Mr. Rudnick has appeared before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and the Eastern District Court of Pennsylvania. Mr. Rudnick has achieved remarkable results compelling Immigration action for businesses and individual litigants. He successfully argued a seminal case before the Eastern District of Pennsylvania conferring relief under the Mandamus Act and Administrative Procedures Act (APA). See Cao v. Upchurch, 496 F.Supp.2d 569 (E.D. Pa 2007).

At Villanova School of Law, Mr. Rudnick assisted asylum seekers with the Clinic for Asylum, Refugees & Emigrant Services (CARES). In 2003, he worked for the Philadelphia Immigration Court, where he assisted Immigration Judges in drafting decisions. Mr. Rudnick also served as a Certified Extern for the Montgomery County Public Defenders, accruing invaluable criminal law and litigation experience.
