Nicholas J. Rudnick is a Partner of The Rudnick Immigration Group, having served as an Associate with the Firm and its predecessor beginning in 2012.

Mr. Rudnick works on many facets of the firm's business immigration practice, with a primary focus leading employment-based permanent residence processes. Mr. Rudnick has overseen numerous successful permanent foreign labor certification applications for a wide range of clients in the financial services, manufacturing, consulting, engineering, and chemical products fields. Additionally, Mr. Rudnick supports the firm's family-based immigration and litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm Mr. Rudnick practiced for a New York-based litigation boutique, focused on antitrust and securities law matters.

Mr. Rudnick is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law. During law school, Mr. Rudnick participated in Fordham’s Securities Arbitration Clinic, representing investors in disputes with brokerages arbitrated before the NASD and FINRA. Mr. Rudnick also interned in New York County Family Court. Mr. Rudnick was awarded the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award for his pro bono and public interest work during law school. Mr. Rudnick also served as a Notes & Articles Editor for the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law.

Mr. Rudnick is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
